TFS Based LTx Head Packages For those in search of something with more potential than production castings or who want to start with a new casting, we offer several packages based on Trick Flow Specialties' premium reverse cooled offerings. These castings not only give us more freedom in port design, but greater capacity for airflow. They can be setup for a low-rpm torque monster, a high-rpm screamer, or anywhere in between for any displacement. No cores are required with these packages. As a safety benefit, when starting off with brand new high quality castings, one never has to worry if they're purchasing a used casting that has been abused, overheated, etc. 100% CNC'd Trick Flow 215cc LT1 Competition Package: For those looking for a package that includes a brand new set of castings populated with top shelf components, we offer our 100% CNC'd 215cc TFS Competition package. We start off with a TFS 195cc LT1 bare casting that is emissions legal in all 50 states, and CNC apply our proven port, valve seat, and chamber designs. Additionally, this offering is automatically upgraded to the premium Pacalloy 1220 "Beehive" valve spring. This port design is intended to feed extremely air-hungry applications with a focus on area under the curve, wet flow, and combustion efficiency. With supporting modifications this head is capable of producing approximately 525-560 SAE corrected horsepower with a street driveable hydraulic roller camshaft, and in excess of 600hp with more aggressive valvetrain packages and appropriate supporting modifications.
Note - Exhaust numbers are obtained without the use of a "pipe" or extension of any kind.
Recommended Useage: 355cid - 396cid shortblocks with piston relief/dish volumes of 5cc (Naturally Aspirated 11.0-12.5:1 compression) to 31cc (Forced Induction, 8.0-9.5:1 compression). For 440-475rwhp SAE pair this head with one of our ported intakes, a 58mm or MonoBlade throttle body and appropriate exhaust system.$2495 - Complete, Assembled, & Ready to Bolt-On CNC'd Trick Flow 200cc LT1 Street/Strip Package: This cylinder head utilizes the exact same CNC ported combustion chambers, valve seats, and exhaust ports as our 215cc CNC TFS LT1 head listed below. The 200cc TFS LT1 head is ideal for those wanting a very streetable package based on a new casting with similar operating range and output to our 200cc GM LT1 casting. Additionally, this offering is automatically upgraded to the premium Pacalloy 1220 "Beehive" valve spring. This package will produce approximately 470-510 SAE corrected horsepower with a daily driveable hydraulic roller camshaft, and up to approximately 550hp with more aggressive valvetrain packages. This head is also a great option for lowering the compression ratio of 350-355cid shortblocks to a much more boost friendly 9.X:1 level.

Recommended Useage: Stock 350cid - 396cid shortblocks with piston relief/dish volumes of 5-31cc. With supporting modifications, manual stock shortblock F and Y-bodies can produce 395-435rwhp SAE corrected or 415-455rwhp STD corrected.
