brand new set of castings, our 195cc Street/Strip head is a great option. As a budget version of our 215cc TFS head, this 195cc version receives the same high end
components, CNC'd chambers, exhausts, valve jobs, and pushrod clearance. The intake port work
is limited to the valve seat or "bowl" area. Like our GM LT work, this head utilizes the high end
Manley .650" lift capable Nextek Super Finished
valve spring. While they are
significantly more expensive than other "beehive" springs available, the added insurance is well worth the price of admission. Solid roller component options utlizing current professional competition quality components from PSI & Xceldyne also available below.

Recommended Usage: 355 cid - 396 cid short blocks
with piston relief/dish volumes of 5 cc (Naturally Aspirated
11.0 - 12.5:1 compression) to 31cc (Forced Induction, 8.0 -
9.5:1 compression). For 440 - 475 rwhp SAE pair this head with
one of our ported intakes, a 58 mm or MonoBlade throttle body
and appropriate exhaust system.
